Explore the beautiful and charming historic mansions of Capitol Hill and uncover the stories of families who lived in these homes at the end of the 19th century. All tours are led by a corps of passionate guides who will share stories of some of Capitol Hill’s most unique and famous residents, including Senators, heiresses, captains of industry and more!
On this guided walking tour you Will:
- View mansions designed in a wonderful mix of architectural styles by some of Colorado’s most prominent architects
- Learn how this once dusty and desolate land became the place for the movers and shakers to display their wealth
- Learn about the changes that have occurred in the neighborhood over the past 150 years
- The tour will start and end at the Molly Brown House Museum, cover about 1.2 miles of walking, and last approximately 90 minutes.

What to Bring
To enjoy your tour we want you to be comfortable, so we recommending bringing good walking shoes, water and anything extra the weather requires (i.e. umbrella, sunglasses, mittens)

Cancellation Policy
During winter months walking tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions.
Snowfall of 5 or more inches.
Temperatures below 30 degrees.
If a cancellation is necessary, this decision will be made by 6 PM the evening prior to the tour, an email will be sent out, and refunds processed.
