Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 24 hours of purchase. After that the deposit of 50% of the total is non-refundable. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather(excluding rain) or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. There will be a $25 rescheduling fee added to the tour if you reschedule the same day due to rain or any other reason. No-shows will be charged the full price. All sales are final.
