One day before the activity, you will receive an email with the place and time of pick-up, keep in mind that if your hotel is not located on the main streets, a meeting point as close as possible will be provided.
Pick-up at hotels in the main Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Rivera Maya hotel areas are provided.
To participate in the snorkeling activity you must be at least 8 years old and in good physical condition. Pregnant women cannot participate in the snorkel. In addition, for the safety of our clients, the snorkel activity may be canceled due to bad climate conditions. If this occurs, a refund will not be provided.
