About our Ski Mountain:
Catamount Mountain Resort is a four-season resort straddling the NY / Massachusetts border just about 2 hours from NYC. With its sister resort, Berkshire East, Catamount is one fun mountain with some of the best steeps in southern New England AND some of the best beginner and intermediate terrain. Catamount has undergone a stunning transformation since the summer of 2018. A new lift, new lodge, hundreds of new snow guns, four snow making ponds, miles of pipe, and countless other upgrades make Catamount one of the best small ski areas on the East coast.
Furthermore, the surrounding areas deliver a wealth of adventures, making this the perfect home base for exploring the Berkshires.

Check- Out
Check out is no later than 10:00 AM. Please ensure you have all your belongings and simply leave the room and lock the door behind you.
Please note: If damage is discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit / debit card, or send an invoice of the costs for payment.

We understand that things come up. If you wish to reschedule your reservation you may do so 72 Hours prior to your reservation start time. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. You may move your reservation to a different date - you will be charged any differences in room rate for your rescheduled date. Damages
Under the title Catamount Mountain Resort, the Pondview and Mountain View Rooms and Catamount Mountain Resort reserve the right to charge you for any damages to the facility/grounds caused by you, or your guests during your stay. Damages include and are not limited to any property owned and maintained by Catamount Mountain Resort. This applies to any damages made to any and all items such as but not limited to; linens, pillows, duvet covers, comforters, sheets, mattresses, bed-frames, headboards, sinks, tables, nightstands, wall paneling, walls, carpeting, flooring, curtains, blinds, interior decor, lamps, shades, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, etc. This also applies to anything that requires excessive cleaning above and beyond our normal process; excessive trash, mud on the walls, etc.
