Discover the natural beauty of Cave Point County Park on a fun Door County E-Bike tour! This tour takes you to sinkholes and blow holes in Cave Point County Park, quiet Clark Lake. You can expect to see trees grasping the edge of the cliffs, experience majestic overlooks, and hear the soothing sounds of the surf as we ride along.
The Cave Point area near Jacksonport is well known for its underwater caves and wave-worn limestone cliffs. One of the stops is Clark Lake, one of the largest lakes in Door County. The ebike is a great way to get around and see everything that this beautiful area has to offer.
Winter
Explore the ice castles of Cave Point with a guided tour. Off road gravel bike path is accessible if there is minimal snow/ice.

E-bike breakage insurance policy offered; it costs $10 a bike and it covers any sort of bike breakage. If you choose to not buy ebike rental insurance; if the bike is damaged then you can be billed up to $1250 based on the assessment of damages done to the bike.This tour meets at our shop at Door County Kayak and Bike and proceed to tour up towards Cave Point County Park, and some beautiful windy back country roads and trails.

Wearing a helmet while e-biking is mandatory
Things to bring:
Summer: We recommend long pants and a long sleeve shirt to keep the sun off. Think about what you want to wear for that instagrammable shot. Shoes are required.
Fall: Prepare to have a few layers to put on or take off to keep comfortable
Winter: Gloves, solid boots, winter coat, hat and warm thermals. Prepare to be in the snow.
Spring: Warm thermals, long pants, coat, hat, gloves and a sense of adventure.
Specific to May: with the May flies, we recommend bringing sunglasses and your face mask/scarf
Show up 15-20 minutes prior to the tour to sign a waiver and prepare for your ride.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel your tour 48 hours prior to the tour start time to receive a 100% refund.
Weather related cancellation options: (chosen when booking)
- I am not able to reschedule if weather doesn’t cooperate (+$5/person 100% refund)
- I will reschedule to a different day if weather/wind/waves doesn’t cooperate (100% refund after exhausting 1 reschedule opportunity)
- I will reschedule to a different tour location if weather/wind/waves aren’t appropriate for my chosen tour (100% refund if no locations are appropriate due to weather)
- I will reschedule to a different tour or day. (100% refund if no locations are appropriate due to weather)
If you choose option 2,3 or 4. We only ask you try to reschedule once, if weather doesn’t cooperate the second time, we will issue you a refund or reschedule you again if you chose (not likely as we can usually pick a successful time in a 3 day forecast window.
Cancellation Communication:
We do the best we can to communicate with you prior to your tour time so you can make the most of your vacation days.
We work to be as proactive as possible to let you know ahead of your tour time, so you don’t have to show up to find out. From time to time, we cancel last minute due to weather, but this doesn’t happen often.
If you are traveling from far away just to kayak with us, please reach out the prior day via text or call to talk about the weather.
Minimum tour participants cancellation:
Our tours have a minimum of 4 participants to launch.
- During June/July/August this rarely happens due to our popularity.
- During May, sept and oct, this can happen.
If we don’t have the minimum participants to launch, you have 3 choices
- make it a private tour
- reschedule to another tour time or location to meet minimum
- offer you a 100% refund.
