Please be at the launch location you selected during checkout, 15-30 mins prior to your departure time so that we have enough time for a safety and use orientation.
Please look for our Black and Tan Grand Island Pontoon when you come down to the docks.

Pick up on the left side of docks as you come down the ramp.
What to Bring:
- Suitable shoes for walking
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Cooler for food and drinks
- USB phone charge cords
Other good things to know
- Everything may get wet, waterproof (plastic) bags are a good idea
- Hats with chinstraps have a better chance of coming home with you
- Small child life vests if you have them (please let us know in advance if you need us to bring extras)
We will Provide:
- All safety gear and flotation devices
- USB-C phone charger
- Air pump for your flotation devices
Important:
In order to operate the boat the renter and all operators must complete the online waiver and bring a State-issued ID.
Please leave pets, high-heels, expensive purses and delicate items safely stored at your residence.

Cancellation Policy
If the renter notifies us in writing, via email or web portal
5 days prior is 100% refund.
3-4 days prior is gift card towards future rental
1-2 days prior no refund.
It is understood that weather can change at any time and we do not provide refunds based on weather conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or presents themselves as a risk to us, the boat or themselves. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
