• Boarding: 10:30am; Cruising: 11 am - 1:00 pm
•Flagship will gladly add additional tickets to your existing reservation. If you desire to be seated with someone who holds an existing reservation, our reservation department would be pleased to accommodate your request, call us at 1-619-234-4111.
•Our Captains & Crews want you to enjoy your experience with Flagship. Please be aware, parking downtown in limited. Please be sure to allow enough travel time to arrive at our docks 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
•Flagship Cruises & Events accepts no responsibility for loss, damaged or stolen property on board our vessels or on premises.
Taxes and Fees
•Service Charge - A charge related to the service we provide to you at Flagship during your cruise will be added the cost of your ticket. (Dining Cruises Only)
•Sales Tax - Applicable Federal, State and local taxes will be added to the cost of your ticket. These taxes are collected by Flagship and then remitted to the appropriate taxing authority. (Dining Cruises Only)
•Landing Fee - A fee charged to offset a wide range of costs associated with maritime business operations will be added to the cost of your ticket. (Dining Cruises Only)
• Fees - A 6% convenience fee charged for the convenience of booking online.

Flagship's dining cruises are a cashless activity. Please bring a digital method of payment to purchase any additional items on the vessel. Acceptable methods of payment include: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit & Debit Cards.

STAYING DOCKSIDE
The safety of our guests and crew is our priority. Due to weather conditions outside our control, there may be times where cruises are cancelled or required to remain at the dock with the same outstanding service until weather conditions are safe to depart.
HIGHLIGHT CANCELLATIONS (IE FIREWORKS, PARADES, ETC.):
Specialty cruise highlights, such as fireworks, parades, and featured spectator events, are organized by third parties and are therefore out of our control. In the event one of these highlights is cancelled or interrupted, our dining cruises will continue as scheduled featuring the spectacular sights of Downtown San Diego and Flagship’s outstanding service.
