Showcasing some of Charleston's traditional favorites and recent innovations, this tour highlights the cuisine of our favorite locally-owned and operated restaurants in the Holy City! It is a journey that is informative, delicious, and fun!
The Downtown Charleston Culinary Tour visits (4) restaurants and combines elements of a historical tour with a culinary adventure! The food on your tour will provide a broad range of samples to provide insight into Lowcountry cuisine.

- Weather gear: Think raincoat, umbrella, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, water bottle, etc. We operate rain or shine and Charleston can become very wet and very hot and oftentimes both in a single tour! For maximum enjoyment, come prepared.
What to Know
- Arrive ~10 minutes before your scheduled tour.
- Call if you are running late. We may redirect you to the next location.
- Water will be provided at all locations.
- Alcohol and other beverages will be available for individual purchase at most stops.
- Restaurants rotate regularly, and routing remains flexible until tour time. We will not be able to share your specific routing until tour time.
- Pets are awesome but sadly not allowed on tour.
- Weather rarely stops us! Our tours operate rain or shine (most of the tour is spent indoors after all). Check the weather and come prepared to walk outside for a portion of the tour.
- Walking is a component of this tour. The historic streets and sidewalks of Charleston can be quite uneven and narrow. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
- Picky eaters are welcome to expand their palettes with us, but we cannot offer commiseration.

Cancellation Policy
Groups of 5 guests or fewer will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for any reason.
Groups of 6 or more will receive a full refund with 1 week's notice of cancellation for any reason.
Private tours will receive a full refund with 1 month's notice of cancellation, or a full refund (minus $250 deposit) with 1 week's cancellation notice.
Guests will receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to not reaching our minimum capacity of 6 guests or other unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be contacted directly about any and all cancellations.
No-shows cannot reschedule or receive a refund.
Guests who purchase TripProtection can cancel up to 30 minutes before tour time for a refund minus the cost of TripProtection and processing fees.
