International Arrivals
Due to unpredictable timeframes for customs and agriculture procedures, services for international flight arrivals, except Canada, we will accept limited bookings per day. Greeters will be at curbside outside the Customs & Agriculture doors. The purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability by proceeding with making the booking.

Please remember to verify your flight information and should anything change, please contact us with an update immediately. We will be actively tracking your flight and look forward to greeting you!
For domestic arrivals, please look for your greeter standing at the baggage claim carousel on the floor level of the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu. For international arrivals, please look for your greeter at curbside outside the Customs & Agriculture doors. He or she will be wearing turquoise-dark-blue aloha attire and holding a sign with your name on it.
Surprise greetings are NOT recommended. If you purchased this greeting as a gift, please INFORM the recipient and ask them to look for a sign with their name on it upon disembarking the plane. Refunds will not be awarded due to uninformed recipients.
Need Transportation?
Contact us at 1-800-665-7959 to inquire at least ten (10) calendar days prior to arrival. (NOTE: Transportation is NOT included in the lei greeting prices, and it is booked separately with a LeiGreeting agent.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received and confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled service time. No refunds will be awarded for no-shows.
