We may be able to offer you or someone in your party not attending the show date a gift card for the unused ticket(s) that is valid for two years.
• 24 hours or more notice = FULL Amount of Gift Card
• Day of/during/or after show notice = NO Gift Card Issued
• Hurricane Watch issued = FULL Amount of Gift Card if you cancel your reservations (Must Call Theatre 843-765-4386 Extension 9)
• Hurricane Warning issued = AUTOMATIC FULL Amount of Gift Card Is Issued (no call needed)
Please Note: No refunds are issued—only gift cards are issued. You MUST speak with someone at 843-765-4386 Extension 9 up to 24 hours before showtime for any ticket adjustment unless in the event of a hurricane.
