- If due to unforeseen circumstances or ill health a comedian cannot deliver the Comedy Walk, Comedy Walks has the right to call in a substitute comedian. If this fails you will receive a full refund, endless apologies and a 50% discount on another Comedy Walk.

In principle, we maintain a minimum of 6 participants for a Comedy Walk. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel the Comedy Walk if less than 6 people participate. If this is the case we will inform you as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the Comedy Walk. You will receive a full refund and a 50% discount for another Comedy Walk.

The Comedy Walk is outdoors. If it is raining, the Comedy Walk will take place unless the KNMI issues a code red weather alert. In that case, you get a 100% refund and a 50% discount for another Comedy Walk.)
