Description: Discover Berlin's culinary soul through an intimate hands-on cooking class in a stunning Belle Époque apartment. Join our small group experience as we craft a delicious 3-course menu using seasonal and regional produce, exploring modern German cuisine that honors tradition while embracing innovation. More than just cooking, this is a journey through culture, history, and tradition—where every ingredient tells a story and every dish connects you to the heart of Berlin's evolving food heritage. Available Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, in groups of 2-5 people.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
When participating in a Kit Schulte cooking class, the participants will be using sharp and potentially dangerous tools in the kitchen environment. As a participant you alone carry the risk for self-inflicted injuries or damage to your clothes, as well as injuring others or damaging the property of others. In case you injure somebody else, or damage their clothes or other property, you are solely reliable directly to this person. By booking and making full payment for a scheduled tour/class/lunch with Kit Schulte, you automatically agree to release, and exclude Barbara Schulte-Huermann, (Kit Schulte) and possible helpers/employees from any and all liability of any kind for any damage or injury incurred while attending or visiting Kit Schulte. The liability of Kit Schulte/Barbara Schulte-Huermann and possible helpers/employees for any damage or injury incurred while attending or visiting Kit Schulte, is excluded for slight negligence. As a participant you understand these terms and conditions and accepts the inherent risks of a kitchen environment.
Cancellation Policy
MARKET TOUR + COOKING CLASS + LUNCH/ COOKING CLASSES
If you need to cancel your booking and don't want to reschedule, Kit Schulte will issue refunds as follows:
°100% if you cancel more than 5 days prior to the date of the class, or you can reschedule.
°50% if you cancel three to five days prior to the scheduled class, or you can reschedule.
° 0% if you cancel within 48 hours of the booked class, the full amount will be forfeited and no option to reschedule will be available.
°a minimum of 2 participants is required to run a scheduled market tour and class. In case the class doesn't fill up, Kit Schulte reserves the right to reschedule the class or refund in full. If we reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the class.
° Kit Schulte reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning Kit Schulte. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding Kit Schulte, you will be notified within 48 hours of the class date and have the option to reschedule to another date, or receive a full refund.
b) GIFT CERTIFICATES:
° no exchange in cash can be made
° Kit Schulte reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning Kit Schulte. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding Kit Schulte, you will be notified within 48 hours of the class date and have the option to reschedule to another date.
° if gift certificate holder cancels 48 hours or less of the booked class, no option to reschedule will be available.
