📅 Check-in Information Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time The boat departs promptly at departure time.
📍 Location Find us at 1801 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, Florida 33040.
📍 Getting Here Follow the covered walkway and pass the boat ramp to reach our slip under the "Charter Boat Row" sign.
🚘 FREE Parking Please don't park until you find our boat. Ensure your taxi/Uber drops you off once you see us. We have plenty of free parking steps away from the boat.
🎫 ** Paperless Boarding** No need to print anything!

Cancellation Policy
✅ Full Refund Assurance: You will receive a FULL REFUND if you need to cancel your trip, for any reason, as long as you call us to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your departure.
❌ ** Non-Refundable Bookings** Reservations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. However, we always strive to accommodate changes when possible.
🔄 Rescheduling Option If you must cancel with less than 48-hour notice, don't worry! You'll have the opportunity to reschedule your fishing adventure, subject to availability.
❌ ** No Show Policy** A "no show" without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your fare. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but hangovers, oversleeping, walking off at departure time, or any other reasons not mentioned are ineligible for a refund.
🛑 Cancellations by us If we ever have to cancel the trip for any reason, such as adverse weather or mechanical issues, you will receive a FULL REFUND. Your satisfaction is our priority. We will do our best to reschedule you on another vessel or a different day/time.
