- Remember to wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

- Our tour meets outside of 821 Cafe. 821 Cafe is open 7 days a week and we encourage you to partake in their hospitality before the tour by enjoying some of their amazing food and beverage offerings. - Street parking is available within a few blocks of the tour's starting location, with some spots subject to hourly metering. We recommend downloading the Passport Parking app to your phone in advance to help pay for parking upon your arrival if necessary.
What to bring:
- Wear good walking shoes. Flat, closed-toe shoes are highly recommended
- State Issued ID
- Umbrellas: We will be outside, rain or shine
- Anything weather appropriate for your comfort
Other notes:
- Please plan arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour to check-in.
- Intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave the tour and no refunds will be issued.
- Guides do accept and appreciate tips, but they are not required or expected by any means.
- This is not a haunted house attraction. Jump scares are not a part of this tour, or any Haunts of Richmond event. The spirits are also not on the payroll, so ghostly appearances are not guaranteed.
- We encourage everyone to join us with an open mind and to have fun!
Cancellation Policy
By purchasing tickets from Haunts of Richmond, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
- All tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
- With a minimum of 24 hours notice, tickets may be cancelled for a partial refund. A 25% surcharge will be withheld from all refund requests.
- Please verify all tour selections with your entire party before booking. We understand that people can overbook themselves, get tired, get lost, or change their minds, but no exceptions will be made to the above rules.
Haunts of Richmond Severe Weather Policy:
Our tours run rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather as determined at the sole discretion of Haunts of Richmond management. In the rare event that Haunts of Richmond must cancel a tour, we will contact you and provide you with a full refund. Full refunds will not be offered unless Haunts of Richmond cancels the tour.
