Please note that Hawaii weather can be unpredictable. In the case of bad weather, I reserve the right to decide if the adventure goes on. Customers will receive a full refund or be rebooked to a different day in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund within 72 hours notice of cancellation. A partial refund will be received within 48 hours notice of cancellation. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours notice of cancellation will receive no refund. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
