Check in Details: #Parking - Ma’alaea Harbor is $1 per hour. This parking lot uses a QR code payment system. Arrive early to pay via the QR code (you must know your license plate number). Please be aware of where you are parking and follow the parking instructions on the parking signs. We are not responsible for cars that get towed.
What to Bring: - A light jacket or shawl - Reef-safe sunscreen and hat

Restrictions: This vessel isn't wheelchair accessible, so if you have mobility challenges, you might find it a bit tricky to get on and off due to a large step and short stairs on the ship. We want to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcomed.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled departure for groups of up to 4. Groups of 5 or more must give 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Private charters need a 7-day advance notice for a full refund. Cancellations due to weather and mechanical failure, even within the grace period, will be automatically honored. Cancellations or changes CANNOT be made via email. Please text us with any changes or questions at 808-867-0599.
