If you have booked a tour that includes hotel pick up drop off, we will text/call you to confirm your pick up location at least 12 hours prior to the start time.
If we are unable to reach you via text or phone call, we will send out an email.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel or change dates up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
