Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your ferry departure time for check in at the white trailer between the parking lot and wooden pier. Boarding will start 15 minutes prior to your ferry departure time. The ferries will depart no later than their scheduled time. If you or your group miss your scheduled ferry there are no refunds or reschedules. Thank you
Outside Daufuskie ground transportation companies are not permitted at Freeport Marina
Once in the parking area, head towards the water, walk down the long wooden pier. Our boats and check in office are at the end of the wooden pier. Our check in office and boats say Island Head on them.
Remember to bring your confirmation email and ID in order to pick-up your tickets.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will not be allowed to transfer to another trip or time and will be charged the full price. If we terminate a scheduled trip early to allow for a safe return to the marina. No refund will be given for trips terminated early due to severe weather.
