All tours & services are rain or shine. When there's weather alerts with recommendation of limiting outdoor activities we will offer to reschedule tour or refund to giftcard.

If you must cancel a reservation we encourage you to do so as soon as you're aware. It allows us to optimize our resources. In order to receive a refund it has to be made at least 24 hours prior to tour start.
Reserving our rights to modify When necessary due to local circumstances and supplier changes we reserve the right to modify our tours on an case by case basis.
