Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with a minimum of 48 hour notice of cancellation. There are rare occasions where we cancel a charter for safety reasons, due to inclement weather or poor dive conditions. In that case, we will offer to change your charter reservation at no charge, or provide you a full refund.

A $100 change fee will apply to all reservations changed or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity or no-shows will not be refunded.
Course costs include a $165 e-Learning fee that is non-refundable. Students will retain access to e-Learning materials even if the course is canceled.
Multi-day packages and courses will not be refunded after the first day.
