DRIVING DIRECTIONS for Self-Driving
If you chose to driving yourself, please see the google map link above and/or follow the driving directions below:
Driving Directions to your dog mushing tour with meeting location at "Goldstream Kennel" MP 314.5 Parks Highway:
Drive south on Parks Highway towards Nenana to mile marker 315 (from this mile marker it will be a half mile to your turn off). After the mile marker you will cross a short bridge over “Gold Stream Creek” (watch for sign). You will turn right at the first road after the creek. So here watch for mailboxes on the left side of the Parks Highway and a sign which has a Husky's head and a mp 314.5 on it. Turn right here and go down this road until you see a wooden sign “Goldstream Kennel” on your left (~1/4 mile). Here, turn left and you will see a lodge and big open area. Park your car next to the lodge. Call the dog mushing lodge at 907 978 9413 or 907 888 6175 in case you get lost. Navigation System: Put in "Goldstream Husky” and it should take you there as well! The drive takes about 45-60min.
For a shuttle service to our dog mushing location please call Andor at Moose Cap tel. (907) 978-0536
