Please note that we have a 48 hr cancellation policy on all of our trips.
We have a minimum requirement of 6 Passengers on all of our trips. We will contact you 24 hours prior to your departure if we do not have the minimum of 6 Passengers. You may contact or office to check in about the number of passengers currently on your tour. Our maximum passenger count is 20.

We do require everyone to know how to swim if they are planning on going in the water during the snorkeling section of this activity. Please reach out to our office immediately if there was any confusion during booking regarding this requirement.

We operate as a "Shoe-less" Boat. We will collect shoes before you board, so be sure to wear something easy to get in and out of.

We are a Drug and Alcohol Free Vessel. Anyone seen drinking or using any drugs before or during activity will not be allowed in the water during any in water activities. Refunds will not be issued in any such circumstances.

We recommend bringing your own snorkel gear if you have gear that you are used to and comfortable wearing, however, if you don't have snorkel gear, gear will be provided. Flotation devices are available.

Dress like you are going to the beach. Cameras are welcome on board, we do have dry storage under seats. Please bring a towel for each member in your party, also hats and sunscreen, please use only reef friendly sunscreen.

If you are planning on doing more ocean adventures while on the island, please consider joining us on another activity! We do offer $20 off per person on any returning activities if you choose to come out with us again! We would love to have you. Attention Guests:

Due to unexpected damage at our usual departure location, the Puako Boat Ramp, all tours originally scheduled from Puako will now depart from the Kawaihae South Basin Small Boat Harbor.

Directions from Waikoloa and Mauna Lani to Kawaihae Small Boat Harbor:

Head north on Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway (HI-19).
        Continue on HI-19 for approximately 12 miles.
        Turn left onto Kawaihae Road.
        Follow Kawaihae Road to the harbor's first entrance on your left-hand side, entering through Gate 1.
        Proceed through Gate 11; you will traverse a long stretch of dirt/beach.
        At the end, make a left turn through Gate 12.
        Continue straight. You will pass through another yellow gate, then see the small boat marina and restroom building. The boat ramp is just beyond the restroom.
Please park in designated parking stalls or in the gravel area, avoiding spaces reserved for trucks with trailers.
Our yellow boat will be at the dock to greet you when you arrive. If it's not immediately visible, it should arrive shortly.
