Cancellation Policy
For Full Refund
Call us by 5 pm 2days before the tour.
For Private Charter: 5 PM 7 days before the tour
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will also receive a full refund.
✓ No-shows will be charged the full price.
✓ With a doctor's note*, you will be able to receive a full refund after the designated cancellation period.
- The doctor's note applies only to the person who holds the note.
- If the person with a doctor's note is a minor, we will honor one adult as guardian for a full refund.
- Customers will receive a full refund when a notice of cancellation is made by 5 pm 2 days before the tour.
*A "Doctor's Note" differs from a "Medical Certificate" in that it is a “waiver” (disclaimer) that you request your doctor to write for you after a visit. A doctor's note would be a form with the name of the hospital, the date, the patient's name, symptoms, disclaimer details with the signature of the doctor in charge.
