Thank you for booking your Dolphin Watching Nature Cruise & Eco Tour! The boat departs promptly, so please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. This allows us to check you in and provide your boarding pass.
- Early Arrival: Feel free to arrive early and explore John’s Pass. There’s plenty to do, including shopping, dining, and checking out our souvenir shop.
- Parking Deal: Take advantage of $7 all-day parking in our parking garage. This deal applies when you book a trip with us and is valid throughout the day.

John's Pass Activities: Enjoy the scenic John’s Pass boardwalk for great views of the water before you board and learn about the local wildlife and historical sights.

No Smoking: Our Sunset Cruise with Free Beer & Wine does not allow smoking on board (including e-cigarettes, Juuls, or vapes).

Parking Information
- Parking Garage: We recommend parking in the garage directly across the street from our office. Enjoy $7 all-day parking instead of the regular $30 fee.

How to Park:
- Take a ticket from the machine when you enter the garage.
- Bring the ticket to our office when you check in.
- Let the reservationist know you parked in the garage and wish to use the $7 all-day parking deal.
- We’ll add the $7 fee to your booking and provide a special parking voucher to place on your ticket.
- Place the voucher sticker on your ticket’s dashboard to secure your discount.

Oversized Vehicles:
- For oversized vehicles, park in the Shell Lot across from the marina, next to Yogurt City.
- Let the reservationist know you have an oversized vehicle when you check in so we can provide the correct parking voucher.
What to Bring
- Covered Boat: The boat is covered and has a galley offering cold beer, snacks, soda, and water. Cash is recommended for onboard purchases.
- Camera: Bring your camera to capture the beautiful wildlife and scenery. Don’t forget to share your photos with us on Instagram or Facebook!
- Restrooms: The boat has both men’s and women’s bathrooms onboard.
- Sun Protection: Dress for a day outdoors with sun protection and comfortable footwear. You may bring a small cooler, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance
- No charge for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip or event.
- Example: If your reservation is for 10:00 AM on Saturday, you must cancel by 10:00 AM on Friday to avoid any fees.
2. Cancellations Made with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip.
- Example: If your reservation costs $100 and you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip, you will be charged $50.
3. No-Shows
- Full charge for each seat reserved if you fail to show up without notifying us.
- Example: If you reserved 2 seats at $100 each and do not show up, your credit card will be charged $200.
