Check in Details: Pickup is available from select Waikiki hotels, or free parking is available at the harbor for guests driving out.
*If you are driving yourself, please allow approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to get from Waikiki to Waianae Harbor. The tour will depart as scheduled, even if you arrive late. If you miss the boat due to late arrival, please note that no refunds will be provided.
What to Bring: - Bathing suit (wear before boarding the bus)
- Beach towel
- Mineral-based sunscreen
- Sunglasses, hat, long-sleeve jacket or sweatshirt
- Motion sickness medicine (take before leaving the hotel)
- Cash or card for purchasing photos, products, or refreshments
Special Requirements: - No more than one bag per person due to limited space on the boat
- Meals do not accommodate allergies; prepare your own food if needed
- For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking
Restrictions: - Full-face snorkel masks are prohibited. Traditional snorkel gear is provided.
- No guarantee of dolphin sightings, though the majority of tours do encounter dolphins
- In compliance with NOAA rules, dolphins can only be watched from a distance.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Wear your bathing suit prior to boarding the bus (there is no facility or
time at the harbor) - Beach Towel (Bigger size is preferable.)
- Mineral based sunscreen (you have option to purchase during bus ride), Sunglasses, Hat
- Long-sleeve Jacket or Sweat Shirt (Winter Time)
- Motion Sickness Medicine (It is most effective to take the pill a little before leaving the hotel.)
-Our meals do not accommodate allergies, We do not prepare the meals so we cannot guarantee anything regarding allergies. For your safety, please prepare your own.
＊Please bring along cash or card if you are interested in purchasing a Photo package or Dolphins and You original products (T-shirts, towels, wetsuits, D&Y rash guard and nausea relief bands etc.) on the bus.

As a reminder, there is no guarantee that we will see wild dolphins. But the vast majority of tours do encounter dolphins.
To comply with the new NOAA rule, we are watching dolphins only from December 1, 2021. Our crew will work to ensure you will have every opportunity to encounter dolphins in their natural environment and will also continue offering the snorkel with sea turtles. If you have any questions about how this new rule impacts your tour, please contact our office at 808-696-4414.
Please do not bring more than one bag per person, due to limited space on the boat.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or amendments (tour date, time, etc.) must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the departure time on the reservation date in order to receive a full refund of the tour fees.
Reservations made within 48 hours will be considered FINAL SALE.
Please be aware: We do not provide refunds for no-show and/or tardiness.
With a doctor's note, you will be able to receive a full refund after the designated cancellation period.
* The doctor's note applies only to the person who holds the note.
* If the person with a doctor's note is a minor (under 12 years old), we will honor one adult as guardian for full refund.
