If you are more than 15 minutes late to your booking, or don't contact us, then you may forfeit your spot on the boat as well as your payment.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your spot for a specific day, we require a deposit, which ensures that nobody else can book that spot. Upon booking, a 50% deposit of the total fare is collected. This deposit is non-refundable unless there is a specific issue with the trip, such as inclement weather, engine trouble, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will gladly refund your deposit.
Please note that no-shows and cancellations made by the client will not be refunded. We understand that plans can change, but our policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.
