The bedroom also features high efficiency air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. Whether you pamper yourself in the bathtub or want to have an intimate evening under the stars on your own terrace, you'll be sure to feel the romance in the air.

Additional Notes

• This property is not suited for those with mobility issues.
• During the night insects get attracted by light so please close the doors to avoid them visiting you.
• No pets allowed, including service animals or emotional support animals, due to host health concerns.
• Use your ninja skills during quiet hours, which are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. -No visitors allowed at any time. Only registered guests.
• Reservations has to be under the guest name and it’s not transferable
• No parties or events.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Please close all windows and doors if you use the A/C to keep it properly working.
• Please, do not cut anything over the counters. We left many cutting boards, use all of them if you want to.
• Please, please, please, do not place hot pots or pans over the counter, we left you several pot holders, use all of them.
• Put everything you use back where you find it, so we do not have to bother you asking where the A/C remote or the cozy throw.
• Wash the dishes you use. That is the only chore you will need to do, we will take care of everything else.
• Put garbage inside one of the bags provided, we will take care of it.

Things to know before you book

During the day it is possible to hear some music in the distance from the river above Casa Parcha visitors.
We have direct access to the river which is not part of our property and part of the common wealth of Puerto Rico but safety information must be signed by our guests on the reservation day and if you go swimming or exploring you go at your own risk. We have no lifeguard on duty and remember, you’re responsible for your own safety.
We are also surrounded by nature that maybe you will want to explore, please do not hesitate to ask about the risks, you can enjoy nature but always exercise good judgment. You can also ask about adventure tours guided inside the forest.
No refund will be done due to insects, animals, or things from the forest, remember this is their habitat and we are the ones living in their ecosystem.
*Please remember, there is no Wi-Fi at the property.
