Please Note
Congratulations! You are now an official "Bammer" (a member of our Big Bam Bikes family who will soon have a big smile while riding an electric bike)!
Be safe and use common sense while riding our eBike, we want to make sure you come back in the same shape you left us. Please also remember to take good care of our electric bike while you ride it, so future Bammers can enjoy it too. We will charge your credit card for any damage to the eBike when you bring it back.
IMPORTANT: Please wear tennis shoes - no sandals or flip-flops for your safety.
IMPORTANT #2: PLEASE BE ON TIME. We will wait 10-15 mins max. if you can't be on time for your 10AM rental, please come back at 12 noon for the next group rental/training. We are very thorough with our training, which includes how to ride your ebike safely, how to ride the Legacy Trail safely, and we show you where to go on a map you take with you. The whole process takes 15-30 minutes depending on how many people are scheduled for your time slot. It's time-consuming, so we only do it twice a day (and only at 10AM on Saturdays). Thank you for understanding!
Late fees: Please bring the eBike back at the scheduled time. You have a 15-minute grace period. We want to ensure the next renter can have an eBike ready to go at their scheduled time. If you're having too much fun, and want to stay out longer, please call us at 941-240-1717 to see if it's possible.
ALSO, if you decide you do not want to ride your bike within 30 minutes of leaving our shop, we will refund you half the rate of your rental only.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. There will be no refunds for rentals turned in early. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
