Health and safety policy
We take your health very seriously and for that reason we have the following protocol in place.
Our staff are required to wear face coverings when we initial meet you. We ask that you do the same. Although all equipment is thoroughly wiped down in advance we will provide you with disinfecting wipes for you to use as well. Hand sanitizer will be available at our office and in our delivery vehicle at all times.

Following current guidelines, we are sanitizing, wearing masks, and practicing physical distancing. We ask that you arrive wearing a face covering, as mandated by our state and local government. Once we issue your bike you may wear your mask at your own discretion.
We provide: pedal assist ebike, helmets, and bike lock
We meet you at your scheduled time at our La Vida Headquarters, located at 1121 Glenneyre St. Laguna Beach, CA 92651. We are located on the southwest corner of Glenneyre and Oak St.
PLEASE NOTE: We share the same address with our neighbors to the left of our entrance. Our shop has the prominent white door and frame.
Parking: There is plenty of metered parking along Glenneyre (they take credit cards), or free parking in the adjacent neighborhood.
Suggested Attire: shorts, leggings, tennis shoes, sunglasses, and sunblock. No purses or hanging bags.
Laguna tends to be easy on an ebike although you with experience moderate climbs and descents. Not strenuous with pedal assist bikes! DO NOT RIDE ON COAST HIGHWAY!

Cancellation Policy
Because we have limited capacities, this booking is not cancelable within 24 hours. Cancellations received 24 hours prior to rental will receive a full refund. If La Vida Laguna cancels the rental because of unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. Due to potential changes in weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel at any time.
