As a reminder, here are a few more details regarding your ceremony.

ADDITIONAL FEES & GRATUITIES

The following fees and gratuities are in addition to your package and should be paid in cash to these individuals.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Officiant fee: ($60 per couple)
Photographer Customary Tip: ($20 per couple)
Limousine Driver Customary Tip: ($60 total)

ROUND TRIP LIMOUSINE FROM HOTEL TO CHAPEL
If your package includes round trip limousine service from your hotel, your pick up time will be 30-minutes before your ceremony start time. Our limo capacity is 6 passengers. The exact location of your pick up can be found at the top of this confirmation email.

Please note: Nevada law requires all children under the age of 6-years to use a NHTSU approved car seat or booster seat while inside the limousine.

NOTE: Our limousines operate on a very tight schedule and are not permitted to wait at local hotels. If you are not at the designated pick-up location or the Driver is unable to locate you, they may leave and you will be responsible for rescheduling your ceremony time & date and charged a $50 change fee.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ceremony start time.

PARKING
There is a metered parking lot adjacent to the chapel for a fee of $4.00 per hour. There are also a few free parking spots located behind the chapel. You can access the free parking via Garces Avenue or Bonneville Avenue.

FACEBOOK LIVE STREAM
If your package includes live stream of your ceremony, please advise friends and family of your ceremony start time. Have them go to @GracelandChapel Facebook page. As soon as the ceremony begins, it will go "live" on our page for them to watch in real time. Please note that Facebook will automatically remove the post after 30-days.

LIMOUSINE PICK-UP
If you have a limousine pick-up reserved with us, please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers in the limousine. Please remember to take care of your driver. They work for gratuities.

HOTEL NAME & ROOM NUMBER
Once you check-in to your hotel, please contact us at 702-382-0091 or reservations@gracelandchapel.com with your hotel name and room number so our limo driver can reach you with any special instructions.

NON LEGAL CEREMONIES
If you have selected a Vow Renewal or Commitment ceremony, these are considered NON-LEGAL ceremonies.

LEGAL CEREMONIES
If you selected a legal wedding ceremony, please read the section below for a few things that are required before the big day.

For ALL legal ceremonies, couples MUST obtain their marriage license, in person, at the Las Vegas Marriage Bureau PRIOR to arriving at the chapel. The cost for the marriage license is $102. To obtain the license, both Bride & Groom must provide a Government issued identification at the Marriage Bureau. Example: valid driver's license, passport, or birth certificate. Upon arrival to the chapel, you will be asked to present this license.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Marriage License Requirements: Requirements for U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens are the same.

It is suggested that non-U.S. citizens check with your local officials for special documents that may be needed to ensure that your marriage will be recognized in your country.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and not nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of half-blood, and not having a husband or wife living.

Applicants may be required to prove their age. Those not having acceptable identification to prove age may be refused a marriage license. (Faxed copies, damaged identification, privately issued I.D., check cashing cards or photocopies of identification are unacceptable.)

Social Security Numbers are required on the Affidavit of Application for a Marriage License. Please know your Social Security Number. Those without knowledge of their Social Security Number may be refused a marriage license. It is recognized that non U.S. citizens will not have a Social Security Number.

CERTIFIED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
You can order your certified marriage certificate online through the Clark County Recorder's Office. Your Officiant has 10-days to submit your completed marriage certificate to the Recorder's Office. Once processed, you can order your certified marriage certificate online within 1 to 2 business days. I would also allow a few weeks for shipping if ordering online.

EXPEDITED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
We offer an expedited certified marriage certificate service for $80. The certified marriage certificate will be available for pick up at the chapel the following business day after 5:00 PM, excluding holidays and weekends.

APOSTILLE SERVICE
If you would like assistance with obtaining your apostille, we can help with ordering the apostille and expediting the process. Just let your wedding consultant know so they can prepare your paperwork in advance. Payment will be collected on the day of the ceremony. Here are your options:
