Guests will receive a full refund or credit when a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the booking is to begin. Guests will also receive a full refund or credit when a booking is cancelled by the operator, which could be due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Guests that no-show and do not communicate the need to cancel, will not receive a refund and will be charged the full price of the booking. Guests do have the option to purchase trip protection for their booking; which grants a full refund of the booking, even if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the booking is to begin.
