Cancellation Policy
With a full refund or credit policy, Ace Diving ensures that you can book with confidence. If you need to cancel your trip, we’ll give you a full refund or credit if you let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip. In case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances PRIOR to the departure, we’ll also provide you with a full refund or credit. We want to make sure that you have the best experience possible with us.
We strive to provide our customers with a positive and memorable experience. All of our trips depart on schedule, so please arrive 60 minutes before departure to ensure check-in and boarding are completed prior to departure time. Missed departures will be considered a no-show and customers will be charged the full price. We take the safety of our customers seriously and have stringent protocols in place to ensure your safety at all times.
Snorkelers We understand the unpredictability of the ocean, and we always prioritize the safety of our customers. While we do our best to provide accurate weather forecasts, conditions can change in a matter of minutes. In case the captain decides to call off the trip due to unfavorable weather conditions after the first location, we regretfully will not be able to provide refunds.
Discover Scuba Divers: In the event you are unable to dive for personal reasons, we do not provide refunds.
Certified Divers: Must provide proof of certification. If you cannot provide proof of certification, you will not be able to dive and no refund will be issued.
Nitrox Certification: Must provide proof of certification. If you would like to get certified, please call us in advance to book your Nitrox Course.
All reservations are subject to a cancellation policy to avoid full charge of the spaces reserved.
IF YOU ARRIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, YOUR TRIP WILL BE CANCELLED AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM, YOU MAY RIDE ON THE BOAT AS A BUBBLE WATCHER, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET IN THE WATER AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Firearms are not welcome on our Unites States Coast Guard Small Passenger Inspected Vessel. ACE DIVING has the right to refuse service to any customer who boards its vessel with a firearm! No refunds will be provided.
