An intake session may be done by our therapist Julie, to establish goals for EAL Sessions, that are implemented by our instructors.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will not be provided in the event of a no-call/no-show without at least 24 hours' notice. In the event a session needs to be cancelled with less than a 24 hours' notice, we can reschedule a make-up session for another date & time within our availability. A make-up session will also be offered for those that have paid in advance for their lesson (e.g. Lesson Packages); a refund will not be given for any Lesson Packages.
