Your dedicated Party Room is equipped with a Nintendo Switch and a 55” wall mounted TV with access to many games for up to 6 players.

In addition to the included food & drinks, party hosts are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and deserts for their party. Arctic Sun VR has a refrigerator and freezer available for items that need to remain cold or frozen.

Cancellation Policy
Normal Reservations (Premium VR Arcade Stations, Racing Sims, VR Flight & Mech Sims, VR Escape Rooms, and Free-Roam Arena):
- You will receive a full refund on your booking/ booking deposit if cancelled at least 48 hours before your reservation time.
- No refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of reservation time.
- You may reschedule your booking at any time up to 48 hours before your reservation for no charge.
- If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours of your reserved time, you will be charged a $15 rescheduling fee.
- Contact us by phone at 907-456-2787 to change/cancel or inquire about a reservation.
- No-shows will not be given a refund on their booking and will be charged for any remaining balance due.
Party/Event Reservations:
- You will receive a full refund on your Party/Event booking if cancelled at least 7 days before your reservation time.
- Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before the Party/ Event start time will receive a 50% refund on their event deposit.
- No refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of a reserved Party/ Event time.
- You may reschedule your Party/ Event at any time up to 7 days before your reservation for a $25 charge.
- If you wish to reschedule within 7 days of your reserved time, you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

- No-shows will not be given a refund on their party booking and will be charged for any remaining balance due.
Summer Camp Reservations:
- You will receive a full refund on your Summer Camp booking if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the Monday of Camp start.
- Cancelations made 7-13 days before the Monday of your Camp start will receive a 50% refund on their Summer Camp booking deposit.
- No refund will be given within 7 days of the Monday of your Summer Camp start.
- If you wish to reschedule within 14 days of your reserved Summer Camp start date, you will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee.
