Learn about Alaska’s history at the Museum of the North, where you can find contemporary art, natural history and the intriguing sound room. We will visit and learn about the gripping history of Alyeska’s Pipeline and depending on season explore Pioneer Park, which features several museums and attractions highlighting Fairbanks’ and surrounding areas. Discover Alaska’s diverse culture, historical and economic hallmarks.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
All tours are refundable under following conditions:
- The Cancellation was made more than 24 hours before the tour departure time, or
- if we must cancel the tour due to:
- minimum capacity not being met
- dangerous weather conditions or
- other emergencies.
For Private tours and groups of 8 or more-
- To receive a full refund, cancellation of private tours or groups of 8 or more must be made no more than 30 days prior to the date of the tour.
Please note: The online booking fee is not refundable.
We are aware that sometimes unforeseen circumstances and illness can prevent our customers from taking their tour. For this reason, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance before your trip.
NO SHOWS/ DELAYS / LATE ARRIVAL
- Punctuality is extremely important when traveling with a group. Our waiting policy at the pick-up location is 15 minutes. If guests do not arrive within that time, it is considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. This policy pertains to all our tours, including tours beginning from our property.
- Any reservation not used/ claimed is non-refundable.
- Alaska Wildlife Guide is not responsible for delays or missed tours.
Snowmachine tours
You MUST arrive no more than 30 minutes before your tour time for your safety briefing and gear check. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your safety briefing, you will forfeit your tour and will not be eligible for any refund.

Guest safety is our major priority, hence we reserve the right to cancel or alter any itinerary as conditions require. Any changes made will be in the interest of Alaska Wildlife Guide LLC passengers or as a result of circumstances beyond Alaska Wildlife Guide LLC's control. In case of a full cancellation, a full refund will be provided. Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
