2 passenger minimum up to 4 passengers per flight. Couples celebrating a special occasion or wanting an exclusive tour can select Private Flight at check out to reserve the entire cabin for 'just you two'!

- All passenger weights MUST be advised at the time of booking.
- Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- For the comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, the weight limit per passenger is 300lbs with a maximum combined total of 800lbs for 4 passengers.
What to Bring: Please do not bring food, drink, or large items on the helicopter - Cameras and small purses are allowed.
- Casual attire, sandals are fine
- Cover ups on swimsuits required

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 6 hours of scheduled time forfeits refund. Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations due to weather conditions, Harborwalk Village, or made by company incur no penalty. No call / No show forfeits refund. Fireworks tours canceled or rescheduled with greater than 24 hours notice are not subject to penalty.
