RENTAL AGREEMENT

I accept for use of the equipment listed on this form and accept full responsibility for the care of this equipment. I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented. I have made no misrepresentation of my ability regarding past experiences in water-related recreational activities. I acknowledge receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown and agree to perform the obligations set forth in the agreement with the issuer. I understand and am aware that recreating in a moving water environment can be a HAZARDOUS activity. I understand that sports involving any water and the use of equipment involve a risk of injury to any and all parts of the user’s body. I hereby agree to freely and expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury to the user(s) of the equipment. I understand that current Colorado law defines trespassing as touching bottom or any portion of land while floating over private property. I accept full responsibility to remain strictly on public water and public land ONLY. I acknowledge that the above credit card is required for any rental or demo. I understand that in the event that the equipment is damaged or lost, the card listed above will be charged for the full retail value of the demo/rental equipment or for the cost of repairs. For repairs or cleanup of equipment that is returned in less than adequate condition, I understand that the shop rates are charged at $25.00 per hour for labor in addition to the cost of any repair supplies. I understand that late returns will be charged an additional day’s rental fee if not returned by 6:45 pm on the date due or 8 am on the day after the due date (for afternoon rentals). Additional rental fees will be charged for each day a rental is past due. I authorize any of these repair/replacement/late fee charges to the card above.
