Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $450 USD per person confirms your space on Lodge Based Tours. Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip. Total payment is required to reserve a spot on any day trip. Special conditions will apply for bookings made within 30 days of a trip departure – call us for details.
Registration
Once your deposit has been received, Guests will receive a confirmation email with a link to required paperwork. Paperwork must be filled out completely and mailed back to us with a check for final payment no less than 60 days prior to the tour date.
Cancellations
EXPEDITIONS AND LODGE BASED TOURS: All cancellations must be received in writing. All monies received 60 days or less prior to trip departure are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to trip departure, a full refund minus your deposit will be issued. DEPOSITS ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE.
