Our team will be at your address at 9 AM to drop off the rentals that you have requested. They will pick up the equipment at 9 AM on the scheduled picked up day. Please have the equipment out of the water and ready for pick up.
WAIVER
Please make sure to read and electronically sign the **WAIVER for Blue Run Cart Master & River Rat Rentals before using any of the above equipment.
WEATHER
Weather is unpredictable. If bad weather occurs during my river rental experience it does not permit for a refund or a reschedule. WEATHER
LATE FEES
If the equipment is not ready to pick up on the scheduled day by 9 am and we have to return to pick up the equipment thre will be a $15 return fee. Also, for every 15 minutes that you are late returning past the hour due there will be a $5 fee per equipment you have in your party.
EQUIPMENT
If I or anyone in your party damages the rental equipment my credit card on file will be charged for the damages to be fixed or replaced.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
By making this booking, I acknowledged that I am willingly giving my credit card number over the phone to manually input my payment information for services from Blue Run Cart Master & River Rat Rentals. I also waive my right to do a charge back on the credit card I provided..
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of your booking. Funds will not be refunded if you cancel or reschedule outside of the 24 hour period. All funds will be refunded if the customer cancels within 24 hours or the client can reschedule for another day. A raincheck is different from a reschedule. A rain check means the weather forced you to reschedule. If you receive a raincheck, then you will receive a credit to book another day and time as the weather permits.
