Confined water training sessions are for certified freedivers that want to take their training to then next level. We will be practicing fundamental freedive training disciplines such as dynamic and static apnea as well as new cutting-edge exercises designed to help you work deeper and longer. Our certified freediving instructors will guide you through the exercises as we enjoy the scenery around the Blue Heron Bridge.

- Please meet your guide/instructor at Phil Foster Park 10 mins. before your start time near the playground.

- If you have booked this activity on a weekend or late in the afternoon on a weekday, we highly suggest you use rideshare to the park as there is usually no parking during this time.

- Training typically lasts around 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Customers will receive a full refund if notice is made within 24 hours of booking
- Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
- Trips are not cancelled due to rain
- Cancellations made within 24 Hours of a scheduled booking and no shows will be charged the full price of the booked trip/course. No refunds will be given due to the potential loss of business/expenses incurred.
