These waters are known for Blue Marlin, Shortbill Spearfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Bigeye Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, and more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some. On these trips, you can expect to troll using light or heavy tackle.

Depending on the catch, you will share the spoils of your adventure with the crew. Some fish are catch-and-release so they have a chance to fight again. The crew will be happy to fillet and bag some of the catch for you (depending on the size and species)

Capt. Dave runs a 30’ Precision offshore sport fishing vessel with space for 4 passengers. It has outriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait may available, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. It’s recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Cold bottled water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.

Children 10 years and older are welcome.

What we do with caught Fish: Our policy is to clean one smaller (less than 30 pounds) fish for your personal consumption. We'll clean and bag it for you right there at the boat when we get back from our trip. The amount of fish you'll take home varies on the size and quantity of fish caught but generally amounts to what you think you'll want to eat while you're here on vacation (about 5 to 10 lbs. of cleaned fish.)

The remainder of the fish will stay with the boat
What is Included: We'll have complementary ice, water and snacks on board.
What to Bring: You should bring a lunch and reef safe sunscreen (no sprays please), etc. for your own use as well.
