Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Attire
Our dress code is very casual. Since we operate around the water, our pilots and passengers typically wear shorts and flip flops (or sometimes even fly barefoot!). Arrive in whatever makes you comfortable. Please just keep in mind that you may need to step into knee-deep water while entering and exiting the aircraft so please dress appropriately (consider keeping your skinny jeans and cowboy boots at home).
Weather
Weather in Florida can be unpredictable. In the event of heavy rain or wind speeds in excess of 17 knots (20mph), we may have to reschedule or cancel your flight. If you are unsure about the weather conditions, please give us a call ONE HOUR prior to your flight and we will give you a fly/no-fly decision.
Gratuity
Tipping is customary and is greatly appreciated by our pilots :)
If you don't carry cash, not to worry! Just ask your pilot about our touch-less tipping options!

Cancellation Policy
Flightseeing Tours, Excursions, Introductory Flights, and Hourly Training:
- You may cancel or reschedule for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your flight. Late arrivals and rescheduling within 48 hours will have a 25% fee imposed. Flights canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we have to cancel your flight due to bad weather, you will receive a 100% refund.
- For flight safety, accurate passenger weight is required. All passengers will be weighed before flight, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for misrepresented weights.

Single Engine Seaplane Courses, Day Trips, and Private Charters:
- 2 WEEKS PRIOR: Reschedule or cancel anytime and receive a full refund.
- 1 to 2 WEEKS PRIOR: Your payment will be converted into a gift card and can be put towards any future flights or training.
- ONE WEEK PRIOR: No schedule changes. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit their full deposit. Additionally, customer will be responsible for 50% of the DPE check-ride fee (this gets paid directly to the DPE).
- For flight safety, accurate passenger weight is required. All passengers will be weighed before flight, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for misrepresented weights.
