Our rental services provide everything you need to make the most of your underwater adventure! We offer a wide selection of snorkel gear, including masks, fins, and snorkels. We also have a variety of underwater cameras and phone cases, so you can capture your memories and share them with your friends. For those looking to explore longer, we offer storage lockers to hold all your belongings safely. So dive in and enjoy the underwater world!

We have confirmed your rental booking with us and are excited for you to have some fun out on the water!
Pick up Location:
You can pick up your rental gear at our office at 1085 Ala Moana Blvd suite 104, Honolulu, HI 96813.
Please give us a call before picking up or returning your gear - We would like to limit the number of people in our office when We are check-in customers for our snorkel tours. Mahalo for understanding!
Our Harbor gets busier depending on the time of the year and it can be difficult to locate our office, please don't hesitate to call us at (808) 556 3586. Please be patient as our crew is shifting from boat to office every few minutes.
Parking
There are two parking lots on each side of the harbor - please see the map above for location. They are both paid parking lots (between $1-$3 per hour). Please DO NOT forget to pay for your parking as Diamond Parking Services are very strict with ticketing and towing.

Cancellation Policy
For any rental booking, rescheduling without incurring any fees or cancellations may be made by the customer forty-eight (48) hours before the event in order to receive a full refund. For our customers, if the cancellation is outside of the 48-hour cancellation window, the customer may reschedule within 7 calendar days for a rescheduling fee of $40 per person. Alternatively, the customer may receive 20% off a future booking more than 7 calendar days away from the original booking date.
Equipment & Rental Return Policy
Guests are responsible for all rental equipment used during tours or rented daily/weekly, including GoPros, wetsuits, snorkel gear, and accessories.
Tour Rentals: Equipment must be returned to crew at the end of the tour.
Daily/Weekly Rentals: Items must be returned by the agreed date and in good condition. Late returns may incur extra fees.
Lost or Damaged Equipment: A replacement fee will apply (e.g., $300 for a GoPro). Damaged or missing accessories may also be charged.
If lost equipment is found and returned in good condition within 30 days, a refund may be issued (minus any applicable fees).
