Please meet your guide at Unity Park, in front of the drummer boy statue. Unity Park is across the street from Mr. G's Ice Cream, and parking can usually be found across the street at the schools. There is a charge for parking. Check-in begins 10 minutes before start time. If you are delayed please call (480) 256-9313 before tour time.
It is quite dark in our famed and spooky Ghost Hunting spot. You may want to bring a flashlight.
Please remember to dress warmly on cool evening tours.
Tours proceed rain or shine.
Tips are not included in the ticket price, but are accepted and always appreciated by our tour guides.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
