Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
When weather changes the tour from Oceanside to Bayside the customer is contacted and offered the option or a full refund. Please note a slight refund will also be issued in the event of a tour change as Bayside Eco-tours are $50 per guest 5 and over.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. All tours have a minimum of 6 paying fares.
