Eleven of the member railways of the Great Little Trains of Wales (GLToW) have come together to offer you a Gold Card.
Each Gold Card represents a significant discount on the total standard class return fares of each railway. Every card is valid for 12 months from the date of your first journey.

Cancellation Policy
Each Gold Card entitles the named holder to one free full standard round trip on normal timetabled trains on the participating eleven Railways listed on the card. The card is not transferable. This card does not include the Snowdon Mountain Railway.
The Gold Card will be dated on first use and remains valid for one calendar year from the date of first use. For example, if your first journey is 16 September 2024, the card will be valid to 15 September 2025.
The Gold Card is not a travel pass, and it will be necessary for the holder to obtain a ticket from the booking office before boarding the train. Each railway administers the gold card in a different way.
Please contact the railway direct (phone or by email) at the time of booking and mentioning the Gold Card, see 'How To Book' information. Tickets issued using the Gold Card are subject to the individual Railway Company’s terms and conditions displayed at their premises.
The Gold Card may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Gold Card cannot be used on First Class carriages, Santa Trains or other special trains, please check Special Event validity with the individual Railway. Please ensure you have additional form of identification with you when travelling, as some Railways may request this. A driving licence, passport or credit card showing your name would be acceptable.
At the time of booking please mention the Gold Card. Any problems or complaints arising must be taken up with the individual provider.
