Faqs: #Do your buses have bathrooms onboard?
Yes they do! Plus additionally, you are never on the bus for more than 45 minutes without a bathroom break. We make regular bathroom stops for all of our tours. We want you to be as comfortable as possible when you are our guests for the day.
Are these tours suitable for families?
Absolutely! All of our guides are family friendly, and we do get many kids on our tours. We aim to make our tours as fun and as friendly as possible for everyone.
Do your buses have AC/Heating on board?
Yes. We want you to be as comfortable as possible on your tours, so we ensure that the buses are at an optimum comfortable temperature all year around.
Do your prices includes taxes, and are there any additional fees?
All taxes and fees are already included in the prices. There is no extra charges to be paid on the bus and no extra fuel surcharge due.
We even include the bottled water for you.
Is this a comedy club on wheels?
NO. We do employ comedians as guides, but this simply means they are very funny, experts at story telling, and know how to keep everyone entertained. You do not have to worry about being ‘roasted’ on the bus at 8am in the morning, before you even have had your morning coffee!
How far in advance should we reserve your tickets?
Many of our tours do sell out in advance of the date, so we recommend booking ASAP to guarantee your tickets. This is especially true doing busy seasonal times of the year.
Are we allowed to bring large bags/coolers on the bus?
Only small bags and coolers are allowed (something that can be put between your feet or under your seat). The hoover dam security checkpoint does not allow large bags, and also if the busy is busy there may not be space to store the bag.
However, if you are checking out of your hotel on the day you are taking our tour, all Vegas hotels offer free bag storage so you may do what many of our guests do – check out of the hotel in the morning, store your bags with the bag storage, then when you arrive back from your tour, pick up your bags and head straight to the airport.
Do you ever cancel your tours due to a low number of registrations?
Our tours do not have a minimum number of participants, hence we have NEVER cancelled our tours due to a low number of registrations. Once you book, you are guaranteed to be taking your tour on that date!
Are your tours wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely! We can either store your wheelchair under the bus, or if you need the wheelchair to get on the bus that’s also okay (just call us to let us know, if this is the case).
Do you pick up at my hotel?
We pick up at select hotels up and down the strip. We limit the amount of hotels we pickup at , so that it reduces the time we spend doing pick-ups, so this means we can you to the canyon before everyone else, thus avoiding the crowds. But don’t worry – even if your hotel is not one of our pick up locations, it will never be more than a 5 minute walk to where we do pick you up. When you make your booking, you simply tell us which hotel you are staying at, and then the system will automatically tell you which of our pick-up points is nearest to you.
How much time do we get at the Canyon?
You get to spend 3.5 hours at the Grand Canyon West Rim. This is more than enough time to experience everything they have to offer, including the Skywalk and Helicopter rides, if that is something you choose.
Do we stop at the Hoover Dam
Yes, our tour INCLUDES a stop at the Hoover Dam Mike O’Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. From here you can obtain the most beautiful views of the Hoover Dam. We are one of very few companies to include this stop on our Grand Canyon tour.
Does the tour include food and drinks?
Absolutely. We include a hot sit-down breakfast at a local restaurant on the way to the Canyon which will fuel you up for the day, a BBQ lunch at the Canyon, plus plenty of ice-cold bottled water.
Do we have to do a lot of walking at the Grand Canyon?
No. It’s totally optional. There is a shuttle bus to take you around the different stops at the Canyon, and at Guano point there is a few completely optional hikes you do if you would like to do some more exploring and get some really awesome photos.
What are the advantages of visiting the Grand Canyon West Rim over the South Rim?
We visit the West Rim only. This is much closer to Vegas than the South Rim (which is a 10 hour round trip) and the West Rim is also the only location with the world famous Skywalk
Are there any other additional fees to pay?
There are no additional fees. Everything is included in the price you pay. Unlike other companies, we do not charge fuel surcharges, extra taxes, or any other surprise fees once you get on the bus.
The only additional item is the optional but amazing Helicopter flight through the canyon!
Is the SkyWalk included in your tour?
The Grand Canyon Skywalk is not included in the tour price – however you do have the option to add it at the time of booking, or with your guide on the bus
Can we add the Helicopter to our tour on the day?
The helicopter add-on is a very popular option and so we recommend adding this to your booking at least 48 hours before the start of your tour. However occasionally, there is spots available on the day itself.
Does your tour include the tickets to enter Grand Canyon West?
It sure does! We include these tickets as part of the package. Hence, no additional tickets have to be purchased once you arrive at the canyon
