- When: Tours start around 6:30 PM
- Where: Meeting in the West Village (next to the historic Village Vanguard)
- Included: All cover charges at clubs
- Not Included: Food & beverages. Bring extra cash for tipping musicians, guide, and servers.
Important Notes
- Meals are hard to come by in current Village jazz clubs — we recommend eating before the tour.
- Drinks are available for purchase inside each venue. One drink minimum often applies - non-alcoholic beverages available
- If you need to bring a larger group, or tour on a different night of the week, please get in touch. We will always try to accommodate you

Please arrive early to get the tour off to a smooth start.
Since most of the Village clubs don't have kitchens, it is recommended you have a late lunch or early dinner prior to the start of your tour.

Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable, but can be rescheduled, or converted into a Gift Certificate to be held till future travel plans can be determined. Please be assured that Big Apple Jazz Tours is going to work with all our customers to move dates or transfer tours to other parties in the form of Gift Certificates. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis, so please get in touch - we always strive to be fair.
The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), or be refunded ticket price in full.
Physical ability notice.
Most tours involve walking, stairs and taking of mass transit. All are welcome, but those using wheelchairs, crutches, or who require any extra assistance are advised to come with a travel partner that can help.
