Reservation Terms and Conditions
1) Credit card information is required for all reservations.
2) Rocaliza requires 24 hours notice prior to scheduled departure time to cancel your reservation or to reduce the number of participants in your group. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount.
3) Rocaliza will not wait more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Late arrivals or no shows will be considered cancellations and will be charged the full amount.
4) For your safety, Rocaliza reserves the right to cancel any activity due to adverse weather conditions. If this happens, you will not be charged for the activity.
5) Rocaliza and its represented guides have the right to cancel the activity at any time in the event of disorderly conduct, drug or alcohol use, or any other participant behavior which threatens the safety of the group. In this case the person(s) whose behavior is deemed responsible will be charged the full amount of the activity.
6) Rocaliza requires good health and physical condition. Participants will be traveling on uneven and slippery terrain, standing near steep ledges and cliffs and hiking over sustained hills. If you have a medical or physical condition, which makes participating in these activities dangerous for you, you should not participate. Due to size restrictions on our harnesses and other technical equipment, we’re not able to accommodate people weighing over 220 pounds on rappelling or zip-lining elements at our tours. Rocaliza reserves the right to cancel or limit your participation based on your physical condition. If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to participate safely, speak with our staff ahead of time. If you have to cancel your participation at the last minute due to an undisclosed medical or physical condition you will be responsible to pay the full amount of your trip.

FOR CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS ONLY
Most cruise ships are on Eastern Standard Time (EST), but Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time (AST), which is one hour later than EST. Please be sure to verify what time zone your cruise ship will be using before reserving. (Please note this only applies when clocks are set back one hour due to Daylight Saving).
