Segway Off Road at Botanical World maintains strict monitoring of all its vehicles to ensure they are well-maintained, cleaned and charged for each customer.
Weight and age restrictions apply as noted in our FAQs. Ask our reservation agents if you have questions.
Safety helmets are a must and are provided for each rider at no extra charge.
Our staff is well trained in Segway technology to ensure every customer has the best possible experience.
An insurance waiver along with a major bank credit card and/or deposit are required.
Segway Off Road at Botanical World embraces the Aloha Spirit, offering extreme weather refunds and rain checks on the rental portion of your contract. However, refunds and rain checks cannot be granted for Hawaii's light, pineapple showers, so always call us if you're not sure. We will try our best to accommodate your special needs whenever possible
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for groups of 4 or fewer or at least 48 hours notice for groups of 5 or more. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone: (808) 963-5427 or email reservations@BotanicalWorld.com to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
Our tours are fixed times and we have very limited capacity. Although we work to increase capacity at planned dates due to known increased demand, we do not have spare capacity on demand. Due to the limited capacity, when we book your reservation others can not book that same space. Reservations cause us to turn down others that would fill that space as soon as you reserve. Therefore we have made the following limits on refunding cancellations:
